I made an incorrect comment to something and wanted to delete my comment.  I messed up.

How do we delete our replies when we find out we fudged something?

I'm not here very often so I don't have the practice.

You can select "edit" on the bottom right of your post and delete what you want, or add something else.

Yeah...that's what I did....I changed my original comment to the question about how to delete it.  I was more interested in making it look like I had never commented in the first place.

I tend to be kind of impulsive when replying to something I think I understand, then after I post a reply, I read the original thing I was replying to one more time and something as simple as the order of words changes the context that I thought I was commenting on.  Maybe I should read the thing 3 times, wait a day, sleep on it, and then reply.  lol.
