The first graph doesn't represent what's in the datadashboard site, I couldn't find those statistics.
That image may well be fabricated, without a source anyone could make a graph like that and type anything. I am guessing you don't actually read Hebrew to understand what it was that you shared on the website.
But the data that your image showed is not there. If I do find it I will edit this post.

And regarding to new Delta cases in the UK, from within that briefing paper that you shared;

There are more graphs out there than what a person effectively knows what to do with. The best I've seen yet show a more detailed breakdown. It shows, specifically over/under 50. This has been interesting data for me because it indicates that the under 50s are not faring as well without the shot, but that this switches on its head for over 50s. In the over 50s group, those having received the shot were more susceptible. Far more detailed graphs than this are necessary in order to make informed decisions that are in fact relevant to who we actually are at this moment. Again,--it always comes down to this. There is no one size fits all option in life matters of this magnitude.

In any experiment, and this is indeed a LIVE and in real time global experiment ( ie: we have never done this before in our history, used MRNA+ technology on a global populous ) there always needs to be test subjects *and the control. If you are volunteering as a test subject, I thank you for your service. If you are volunteering to be the control, I thank you for your service. We will indeed not see the actual outcome without us all.
