I love going to the gym but as much as I say it's for functional purposes, which it really is considering the ever increasing weight of the population and how much I have to move them at work, I do notice my physique getting better and I'm afraid of the superficial tendencies that I once had returning by admiring my progress.

Haha oh no other people are becoming to fat which is in turn making me more muscular having to move them oh no hehe.

This tbh is one of the biggest catalysts of my life so far. My disposition has always been towards strong and healthy bodies that look aesthetically pleasing both women and males, an lady with rock hard abs and some veins popping out is much more attractive to me then the mainstream classification of beauty.

After a childhood of being an average looking kid who was athletic and fit but still a bit chubby I spent about 5 years getting my body to where it is now, very thin and very muscular. After all that and experiencing the change in how people view me on the outside I learnt it doesn't really change you on the inside if your still viewing it as a superficial goal to be achieved.

I love working out and I love staying strong and fit regardless of how I look, I realized it was about me keeping the mind/body/spirit trinity strong and intact, I'am working my body like I work my mind. While at the same time I see my physical appearance creating a sense of comfort in others of strength and ability, people constantly ask me for advice and it makes me feel good seeing other guys and girls start going to the gym and making improvements.

Basically I'am going for the big friendly giant vibe, the I'am strong beyond measure and can bend this chemical world to my will through sheer strength BUT so can you, that's what I'am all about with my weightlifting.

    apparently Julius Caesar too:

    Caesar.
Let me have men around me who are fat,
Sleek-headed men, and men that sleep at night.
    Cassius, over there, has a lean and hungry look;
He thinks too much; such men are dangerous.
    Antonius.
Don't be afraid of him, Caesar; he's not dangerous.
He is a noble Roman, and your supporter.
    Caesar.
I wish he were fatter! But I am not afraid of him.

I guess Caesar thought fat men would not harm him or kill him, due to their more chill nature (even more chill if they sleep at night Tongue ).... that kinda brings me back to Patrick Bateman, serial killer and athletic body.
    Haha.

Perhaps the most notable exception is the attitude of one already strongly polarized negatively towards the appearance of the body complex. There are those entities upon the negative path which take great care in the preservation of the distortion your peoples perceive as fairness/ugliness. This fairness of form is, of course, then used in order to manipulate other-selves. May we ask if there are any brief queries?

I think we have all seen examples of this in the mass media. Tv shows, movies, gossip mags - all good looking thin folks.

historically, the standards of 'fairness' have been most harshly applied to women. For guys, if you were rich, it didn't matter how 'ugly' or old you were, you were in.

recently though, this notion of 'fairness' is being increasingly applied to young males. I've read stories recently where guys feel the need to have 6 pack abs, go to the gym and take steroids, have cosmetic surgery etc to feel like they have a 'chance' with the opposite sex.

the manipulation is subtle ... and is all about presenting the 'ideal form' in the media. People then start having self-esteem problems, putting themselves down, cutting themselves. STS is laughing.

are you seeing this as well?

Ra's point being that STS people will use their attractiveness as a tool to get others to give them information, opportunities, status, money, etc.

Of those people whom are privileged to have physical qualities that others popularly deem beautiful or attractive, is their beauty the result of more than a good genetic hand being dealt to them, or could their beauty be a manifestation of some degree of attained soul growth. In particular I'm wondering about those people whom embody both the combination of outer beauty and the popularly accepted qualities of inner beauty; pleasant personality, upstanding moral character, STO. I may have read somewhere that Edgar Cayce had an explanation for this.

If so, is the adoration of these people and the many the doors that open for them caused by more than just another's subconscious desire to integrate themselves with that person's gene pool, or is this outgoing appreciation some form of metaphysical praise to a matured soul, or to the Creator?

A well developed solar plexus will yield fair skin.. On the contrary, further soul growth would would include learning to see beyond the surface.

The adoration of outer beauty is not helpful for those wanting to graduate 3d. Also a mature soul will see the beauty in ALL things.

I wouldn't agree with the idea completely that you should see someone's inner soul and not be aware of the rest of your energy field.

In defending yourself against a certain breed of manipulative woman, you need to be aware of your animal self so that you can then balance it. (And be able to reject a 'beauty without kindness')

To see women and beauty how the higher energy centres see them is to see an 'angel' and women aren't angels. It needs to be balanced by the lower chakras. (Lust etc. Person as object.)

I like to think prior to incarnation we have a lot of choice in what are bodies look like as an expression of ourselves. Even what we percieve as ugly may have been a choice as a catalyst or self-expression.

I don't like how time/space is so vaguely described in channelings.
