One of the origins of the word 'sin' is to miss the target, or aim off target. This to me means any action which is not in alignment with your destined polarity. So a sin for an STO may be an STS type behavior, but also the opposite would apply (ironically?).

Karma isn't purely created from sin, it is created from the (higher selfs) desire of further experience. Sin could be one catalyst, but so could the momentum of being on path.

Service To Self (STS):
One of two paths of polarity chosen in third-density experience. Also called the path of that which is NOT; control, manipulation, and absorption are the hallmarks of the negative path. This path is predicated upon separation and the manipulation, infringement, and enslavement of the free will of all other selves for the benefit of the self. This necessitates an omission and denial of universal love, or the green-ray energy center. Thus lacking empathy, the service-to-self entity does not await the call to service but calls itself to conquest.

STS works through manipulation.
It's a well known pattern that STS always mixed STS catalyst with STO catalyst to make it less obvious.
Another well known pattern is that STS uses 'half truth' to turn truthful statement into manipulative and reoriented from unity to separation.

Example:
L01: The identity named "Jesus" was a unique son of God in the same manner as you or me is a unique son or daughter of God.
Enhanced to: Jesus is God's only son.. (Thus implying you or me is not the son or daughter of God)

Another Example:
L01: You are the One Infinite Creator, the One Infinite Creator is inside each and every one of you.
Enhanced to become: No one comes to the Father except through Jesus (John 14:6) thus implying the Father is outside of you.

Having said that the 'universal opera' need an antagonist to make the protagonist recognizable, the darkness helped the the light to be easily recognized.
And that's the role of STS which is crucial within the opera.
Those who took the STS path are sons/daughters of the One Infinite Creator although they might be (temporarily) does not or refused to recognize it in order to perform their role.

Wow, Zedro. That little point at the end there was quite the point. Yes, I can see this in human design charts sometimes. A person can kind of be destined to go off their path in the intensity for their search for experience. This explains a lot of dynamics now I think of it. So I had an oversimplified understanding of 'Sin'.


Since starting this post I have come across Paul Wallis's work that basically explains that the Old Testament is just a retelling of the story of mostly malevolent Extra Terrestrials in their management of earth. The Law of One quotes on the old testament back that up very much. This means the Old Testament is very much out and I do feel uncomfortable with the fact that I did not look at this in a clear enough manner previously. In staying away from conspiracy and in some of the new age I have neglected good avenues of information and such.


This absolutely destroys the Christian argument that if you do tarot or astrology or anything you are doing the work of the devil. In fact it is Christians that are doing this by preaching the Old Testament. The justification of these viewpoints of theirs are from the old testament and a quote from Yahweh who is reported as having scaly skin, long snout and feathered wings!


Still basically like the new testament though. Or perhaps I will know when I have finished it. I am a bit less than halfway through.
