A low population with the majority being robots(biological or not) actually reduces the opportunities for a STS social memory complex to form. A society with little opportunity for spiritual self development, even for untermenschen, is abhorrent to them. Hierarchy removes the need for slavery, since those at the bottom gladly accept their fates.
The WEF vision of you'll own nothing and be happy will not work for true STS entities. Perhaps for unpolarized entities but what would be the point? I just don't see how it would serve anyone.
