Hello,

I noticed Jim mention he practices the morning offering every day and wanted to see if anyone knows if this refers to the prayer or something else?

Also I have read a few books that recommend two hours a day of meditation however after six months of practice I am still only able to manage 15 minutes a day. My mind becomes a storm of thoughts and I become anxious. Wanted to see what you all would recommend to help expand my time in silence.
