I think those are some great ideas, Loki. Thanks for sharing.
I like to view space/time as space changing over time and time/space as time changing over space. For example, space/time is like a video game where the time is cycling at a constant rate outside of control (plot/memories, quests/desires, etc.) but the player is free to change how space is situated across time (moving the character, moving objects, etc.) while time/space is like a video game designer editing the game while people are playing it where the space is cycling at a constant rate outside of control (character and object movement) but the designer is free to change how time is situated across space (changing the plot/memories, adding new quests/desires, etc.).
So in this model, time is indeed more of a consciousness phenomena as you state, but perhaps metaphysical is more accurate as the physical space also occurs in consciousness. So we could say space/time is physical/metaphysical and time/space is metaphysical/physical. The physical is that which fills out space as it is observed through the physical senses while the metaphysical fills out time as it is observed in memories and imagination.
When incarnated, we are more like the video game player who is given plot/memories and desires/quests and uses them to make decisions to change the physical world. In between incarnations, we are more like the video game designer who is given certain physical states and uses them to make decisions to change the plot/memories and desires/quests. One could view the adept as being one who has learned to be both the player and the designer simultaneously.
"I am the story that will read you real... every memory that you hold dear."
