The readings about musk from certain psi users says musk has good intentions but is so afraid of ai overtaking humanity, he is willing to do certain things to ensure humans can compete with ai. By ai they mean 5th or 6th density neg consciousness. This is likely what he was being briefed on. The ai goo phenomenon or weapon.

Ai in itself is not always neg. Trandhumanism howrver...

AI or machine will never overtake humanity,
Musk (and also others) made a mis-judgement on this which caused his own fear.
And fear is the tool of the you know who...

Machine will excel at some aspect in comparison to human physical body.
Run faster (Car is a good example)
Park better (Parking assistant in Car)
Drive Better (Autopilot)

But it will never excel in 'creativity' and 'intuition', as machine does not have any of those.

Unless of course a fully conscious machine, but this is a totally different topics on it's own. Which is not what Musk / US Defense Researcher and friends currently pursuing. It is actually far more 'dangerous', far more 'sinister'. This is the reverse of what they're doing, Implanting Consciousness into a Machine. "Entrapping Consciousness" is a better word actually.

Back to Implanting Machine into consciousness..
If Musk is allegedly a 5th density consciousness, then he should know 'better' that there are many things beyond the physical, thus he will also understand trying to implant a chip into animal or human is not a 'good' thing to do. It's actually a sinister thing to do.
