I am not clear on what those questions mean, but I will address them in general. Those topics are discussed by Salla and others, but I do not think they will be critical to the strategy employed.

A "light ship" as perceived by humans, would be something in a dream or on the astral. It can't manifest into reality unless someone is on the astral themselves, 4th density at least. So far humans that I know that have activated the mer ka bah, are transported to what they think of as the moon or other places, but their physical body does not move. This transportation is more in the Dream time or Ether.

While presumably there are physical ships, most of that comes from human shenanigans. The Ciakar are not supposed to be on the surface, which includes the air space as well. That does not include the Ether/Astral/Space however. So there is essentially no where physical one needs to run from or to. The astral world is not a place one can run from, other than closing the portals to it.
