I may be off-topic, but I'd like to speak generally, or perhaps I might say meander, on the subject of hidden technologies.
I think it is safe to say that there is MUCH technology that isn't made public. All one has to do is look at so-called advancement over the last 40 or 50 years to surmise logically that the public narrative is not transparent given the brilliance of many scientists. I personally think some advancements go way beyond even what is leaked—which is not much more than a guess. But that is where most humans are, so it isn't really surprising. Most people as far as I can tell do not have a clean link between the conscious and unconscious mind (this connection is reflected in the Significator of the Spirit).
I personally do not think this 3D-early 4D world is okay, although I admit to having a certain detachment. That detachment is uneven, because I find that the law of responsibility enters in and humanity has caused damage beyond its own species. Some people (wanderers) seem to have the ability to accept that "all is well." I can understand that mindset to a certain degree, given a certain point of view. But there is also the physical reality here, now. The technology we have is pretty dangerous, and the degree to which we have upset the ecosystems and the oxygen base etc. is precarious. I suppose this all makes sense when looking at the culmination of development of the mind in entities over millennia—especially entities with free will and as Ra puts it, experiencing manyness.
Wanderers who come into this situation at this time, with so much here that is beautiful, and so much that is precarious, are as Ra puts it:
And so, here we are. It is my hope that if humanity ekes through the imbalances here on Earth caused, I think, from the collective consciousness and the available technology being out of sync, then at some point into 4D we as a species will begin using technology for the greater good (all of it, not just pieces here and there), and not for profit or power.
I think activism has its place. The exposure of hidden technologies has been a noble cause for many who have done it. William Cooper comes to mind, and his book, Behold a Pale Horse, published circa 1990. And Steven Greer. There are many more who have dedicated their lives to the truth.
Unfortunately, the Internet has opened up a huge can of worms regarding profit and power and disinformation, while at the same time allowing for alternative sources of information. Discernment is needed more than ever.

Quote:12.28 ▶ Questioner: Are most of these from the fourth density? What density do they come from?
Ra: I am Ra. Few there are of fourth density. The largest number of Wanderers, as you call them, are of the sixth density. The desire to serve must be distorted towards a great deal of purity of mind and what you may call foolhardiness or bravery, depending upon your distortion complex judgment. The challenge/danger of the Wanderer is that it will forget its mission, become karmically involved, and thus be swept into the maelstrom from which it had incarnated to aid the destruction.
