I also believe we can learn to accept that part of ourselves that permitted STS to influence us and to forgive that in ourselves and to forgive the STS team.  This I believe will start to "fix" or close that entry point.

I do not believe we can be cracked to a point where STS can bypass the entirety of the tree of our mind.  So a bias somewhere needs to be there for those STS ideas to infect us.  This is the small part of the responsibility that falls on our shoulders.

Yes, that is so. These entry points are sometimes called holes in the aura field. It lets entities attach to the base 3 chakras and feed off of them, like parasites.

This is often why spiritual progress often comes into conflict with our ego identity. There's quite a lot of confusion over that one too.

The ego concept is one that eludes me.  I understand what people mean by the ego and how they work with that concept.  What eludes me is the usefulness of that concept to do spiritual work.  Particularly the idea that the ego is somehow working against us.  Not all people see it like that, but when it is seen like that, that is the part that eludes me the most.
