Why are we born where we are?

Hmm, that's a good question! I remember reading somewhere where Q'uo explains that at the beginning of 3rd density cycle, there is much less planning involved, and the entity just jumps into incarnation I guess, but since we're nearing the end, there is much thought put into what might entail the incarnation. I always like to think though, that no matter where in the cycle we are, no matter who we are or what we want to do, we are in the exact location and mindset that we need to be in this exact moment, and that's why we're here right now!
