Methods your higher self uses to contact you

I actually hear voices in my head. I guess you can't get much more blunt than that. One time I heard an Asian man's voice yell "She is not listening! She will not listen to anything you say! Why will you not listen?!?"

I also tend to realize something is up when everything just grinds to a halt. Sometimes I will be typing a response to someone who has angered me, and the computer will glitch out over and over again until I calm down and change the tone of my response to something more loving. Or I'll just experience the same dumb, random situation over and over again (dropping things, tripping on things, taking wrong turns, etc.) until I realize something is wrong and I need to do it differently. I really think my higher self has a wicked sense of humor.
