Tai Chi, done correctly, is the same. Aside from being a martial art, it is a moving meditation and healing art (for self). When it is done right, the body alignment maintained with the torso upright and not tilted, all the joints open and not pinched, hands open but relaxed, etc., you can feel the heat/energy/chi moving through you, and radiating from the hands.
