I thought it might be interesting to start a thread where we could share those odd ways our higher selves contact us as we go about our daily lives.
I've found that my higher self warns me when my thoughts (and sometimes actions too) are headed in the wrong direction by biting my lip. Mostly it's just little nudges to my lip with a couple of teeth. Occasionally, when a more drastic warning is needed, I'll fully bite myself. This more drastic warning seems to work really great, because I completely stop whatever I'm doing for a few moments and focus on the pain of my lip.
Now that I'm conscious of it. It's really been a helpful method for us to communicate.
Has anyone noticed something similar or other methods your higher selves uses to point something out to you?
