I think too that specific knowledge is distracting. You, intuitively can discern truth from less truthful things, and your choice is to decide if the LOO resonates or not with you. About Lemuria and Atlantis Edgar Cayce had an interesting little view that small parts of Lemuria would still be above water in Santa Barbara, California, and parts of Atlantis were in that Bermuda Triangle with some magnetic pull from past pyramids drowned there. It’s fun to read, among all other things written, but in the end what goes on in our present moment is more exciting
