For some reason it is very hard for me to work with an idea of another-Being within me who might be responsible for some aspects of my expression. In fact it would be harder for me to work with such issue, if I was to look at this matter that way.

Is it possible that You are using your inner lector to express your own thoughts which for some reason doesn’t match with your “default” Self (Self that You and Others think You are / your own image of Self / social-Self). The very same inner lector We all use reading books for example. Each of Us have many different urges within that are usually ignored / suppressed. They may manifest self as compulsive behaviors or spontaneous forms of expression from which some may not be “proper” (due to social consensus / social norms/rules / accepted forms of living within the society). If that would be the case, it would suggest that there’re too many issues that are being suppressed/ignored and there’s no more inner tolerance for hard-filtering approach towards spontaneous Self.

When described by You phenomenon repeats itself, stop and listen. Give it all the space it requires and try to see it as a whole. Face Self openly and allow for spontaneous expression. That may bring You some inner freedom.
