We tend to think of our thoughts as ours, like we generate them, but if you think about it, how much thoughts have you actually generated yourself. Most likely none. Our minds are like radio receivers, the thoughts are stimulated into us. They are of a reflective nature. Our thoughts resonate with our experience, how we respond to our experience, and our surrounding. We absorb some of them from others very often. And so seeing the voices as external might give them power over you, or taking away the power that you have, while integrating them within, will give the power back to you as the seperation will no longer be energized. Think of each of these voices as you under certain circumstances. What would you reply to them if you would be your higher self or the nest version of yourself?
