I'm gonna try to go to the heart of the matter in my own intuitive words.
Polarity :
You're being fed a reality (manifestation of other portions of your wholeness expressed through a mind in perception of a inner and outer self). Your polarity is your emotional feedback, which really just is the energy that passes through your energy field/being. At this level there's just the energy signature of what you are feeling about the portions of your wholeness you are perceiving. You perceive your inner or outer self and have an emotional feedback. That is your polarity and anything other is a mean to distort your perception of Yourself/OIC that generates your polarity.
Confusion :
Not knowing what the f*** is what and having a highly chaotic emotional response to your reality. What does it do? Create the chaotic ripples of your inner state out into your outer self (reality). The salvation of confusion is the archetype of the great ways of the mind, and is about finding a strong direction through polarity. Pure positive does not feel disgust, does not feel disdain and pure negative does not feel appreciation, does not feel gratitude, etc.
Direction :
Having a positive or negative strong direction in your perception of your reality. So you got unbalanced/balanced positive/negative. A 6D negative entity is a highly conscious and highly balanced negatively polarized entity, whereas a 4D negative entity is a highly unconscious and unbalanced negatively polarized entity. Just like a 6D positive entity is a highly conscious and highly balanced positively polarized entity, whereas a 4D positive entity is a highly unconscious and unbalanced positively polarized entity. So as you see, acceptance and rejection are neither wrong per say, but there's a conscious and balanced manner to become polarized which opens the gates to true knowledge. Ultimately it all ends in acceptance, otherwise the first distortion would be void in it's timeless nature.
Now I'm going to share the method I use to work on myself. Why? Because in whatever height of consciousness I've been it's always been what I deemed most efficient for myself, although lately I've been reverting the work, and I can easily perceive why it can be to useful to many other kind of souls. To me it is a manner to more easily focus on the positive when there's still negative patterns to balance.
First of all, in the system of chakras, other than the concept of blockages upon your energy field, you have the concept of openness altogether. I am a BIG preacher of balance over polarity. And that's where I think things might interest you. For a moment let's just say the world is what it is and your highest work is to just accept it as it is. There's plain more things happen outside your control than you can influence, so let's just take a moment and focus on what your balance is instead of what the state of what ALL energy is. You do this for a year, or two, or 5 and I can guarantee you that you'll emerge more efficient in whatever you undertake. If you want to share peace, you gotta find it. If you wanna share direction, you gotta find it.
So what to do? Well for myself I inputted really strong tendencies which at different point closed up portions of my energy field starting with the red ray. I'm now consciously un-doing these unconscious barriers I set for myself. For someone to do the opposite work, I'd advise meditation on closing your energy field instead of opening it. It's not about blockages, it's just about restraining the flow unto your actual blockages to be able to balance them at a lesser intensity. Once you feel balanced, you'll naturally have a call toward a fuller expression of yourself into your outer reality and will open them back.
Paradox of polarity :
Ultimately you will recognize that existence forever is perfect, and your free will was illusionary as all it was able to do is it's perfect role. How is this so? Everything is a perfect balance, you don't shape in any way your environment any more than it has shaped you to shape itself back. You are the cause and effect of what your reality has been and all you are able to provide, however conscious or unconscious, is the perfect feedback of what your reality has been. It's no joke that we're all one, we all are one self with inner/outer separation, we all are the perfect mirror of one being, we all are the perfect being. Awareness of this is the path of understanding. It's path of wisdom/love, but all wisdom/love has to do is to balance itself more and more toward love. And there's a time where you will embrace this, whatever happens before this time.
I'd also add that an important aspect of your reality is that it's very first distortion is forever your free will. It is the most transcendant and boundless Law of all Laws. So here it has direction in becoming acceptant of your reality, connect to your higher self and surrender to the portion of yourself that has become acceptant of what you have yet to become acceptant of, that has healed what you have yet to heal, that has reached knowledge that you have not, that has seen beyond the limits of your view. It's not a one way journey, the end is right in it's beginning and it ends in full acceptance of all that is.
