i always thought aliens were real i mean i thought it was normal my whole life, it's everyone else that's wierd. i saw a ufo when i was in 2nd grade in my backyard driveway, and i was like whooaaaaaa at the time and then i just thought man i knew they were always real. Once you see a UFO for yourself it's kind of moot at that point. I've seen ones that light up like a star even in a bright noon day, and ones that were kind of dark flying around real quickly. I just stopped thinking about trying to conceptualize how their societies would interact with each other as a prerequisite for galactic life. It was LOO that helped me to actualize that knowing, what millions of years will do to a civilization as a whole in terms of wisdom, love, and knowing.

So I guess because it was never a problem with me, it was okay to have those experiences. For someone who may have trouble I suppose the universe will conspire to show more nothing, in response to your condition. All conditions are made by humanity. It is up to you to peel back the veil that you impose on yourself. I love you and may you find your way.
