The one thing that puzzles me about this is that he says his goal is a Negatively-polzarized Earth, yet he encourages the people reading to pursue a Positive path. Hmmm. Unless of course the basic idea is that he wants the positives off of Earth so that they won't disrupt the negative polarization of the planet.
Otherwise, this largely makes sense to me. Mostly, I'd advise people reading it to beware the word "slave" and keep in mind that it's not truly inevitable that the Earth becomes negative, as he presents the situation. That, I would presume, is the crux of the game they're playing: In this crucial moment, which way will the Earth polarize? After all, as Ra said, that one fine moment of universal positivity remains ever-possible.
And on a more personal note, I really dislike the word "slave" as it's used here (and in various similar theories) specifically because it's so loaded and manipulative. No one besides you truly controls who you associate with, or what you have for lunch, or what employment/service you seek, or who you love, or myriad other choices. Free Will must still be respected. The idea that we are in a gilded cage created by the "rulers" is something I doubt on its face, especially to call it slavery. But even if such a cage exists, its bars are so far apart that most of us will never even run into them.
You are only a slave if you choose to view yourself as such.
So yeah, I'd say this is probably 90%+ true (if a bit mythologized) but just with a couple twists to make it sound like negative polarization and "slavery" is fait accompli. We, as sub-creations of the planetary Logos, still have the ability to help determine the path of the planet. And in terms of the game of "slavery," the best move is probably just not to play. Live your own life, and (if it is your path) spread Positivity as widely as you can, and make your own choices in consultation with those who guide you. Don't let fears of shadowy manipulations distract you from that goal, or drag you down into their negative game of paranoia and self-induced servitude.
