Time ceases to exist at that level. You don't 'graduate' from 7D I don't believe, you pass through it. I don't believe it 'teaches' the Law of Foreverness, I believe it is just where one becomes aware of the Law of Foreverness.
Also, black holes don't "trap" information indefinitely, might want to check out some of the latest theories surrounding black holes as they are no longer considered the "inescapable pits of doom" they have usually been considered as.
