the white light is almost like a do all be all
you just encase whatever gunk you have in the white light and imagine giving the white light permission to transmute it and cleanse it
for me it goes from black to golden...
almost like it's charged but still has the experience of being gunk,
then it should be safe to assimilate back into your energy.. just imagine that too
if you come up with leftover energy and it is gunk build up or something, you can also encase it in white light and will it off to the the core of our sun, our sun also likes to take this task on for you.
you may feel the energy come rushing back to you in a pure form.
