I'm in recovery right now, living in a sober house. It's turned my life around.

I never did mostly because I was such a chicken and terrified to lose control lol. So I am in awe of anyone who has the courage to leap. My only regret was not to be able to go to Ixtlan with Castaneda, meet Don Juan and smoke with him...
Who knows if one day I do not meet Don Juan... Wink

I have been microdosing psilocybin the last 2 months. After all the years ... decades of inner healing work it has allowed me to harness those collected realizations and shed my old patterns like leaves falling off a tree.

I had done some trips a few years ago but nothing has been more beneficial than my 0.07g / 70mg 4 day a week doses.
Skills learned through the years to heal are immediately utilizable to rewrite the subconscious.
When my subconscious is written the way I like it I will stop the doses.

    Magic.

Cannabis hasn't in the past been good for me, so I do not partake in ingestion. It put me to much in contact with the vibration of those around me but I use the THC oil on any sore muscles and get incredible relief.

I was like this too. I knew instinctivley if I used anything before the bulk of my healing was done I would be lost.
Even once the bulk of my healing was done the trips were beautiful but almost made staying her in 3d harder because I was reunited with the energy of home I had been missing since I was a child. It wasn't good.

Thankfully the microdosing has really helped my healing and growth.
The magic is apparently not the big trips but the microdose when coupled with the inner work.

I was in the past a heavy user of marijuana and advocated it's use.
Presently, I do not find using marijuana of any benefit to my mind or body, and see it's use as more of a means to escape the present. I prefer to be in control of my mind and body, and not allow mind altering substances to take that away from me.
