    Any positions that stretch out the muscles connecting to my kneecaps, my upper and lower vertebrae, and neck, are all my favorites...

    But I must admit...There is something about the child pose, getting on the knees and bending forward with arms stretched over head as if in a prayer/worship pose.

    But for the lazy side of me, the standing tree pose is a favorite, such an easy way to stretch!

    I was going to post this in your unblocking the throat chakra thread, but I guess it works here too. Lion's pose - Simhasana - google it! It's ridiculous but I find it effective. We hold so much tightness in our jaws.
