There is a gap between who we are and who we think we are. Playing Meditation is a powerful tool in closing that gap.
Here are some questions I like to use during meditation, I call them "power questions" as I have found them powerful in raising self awareness. The answer is felt in silence as any description is a reduction of the truth to the answer of these questions.
anyway, I found it useful in clearing my energy field and connecting with the whole so I though I would share this short guided meditation I created with them:
leave your weapons at the door, open up and feel more
relax in to the totality of the present moment,
center your self in the perception of perception; the one diverse sense of presence.
1 Who do I think I am?
slow down...
take your time...
2 Who does God/Universe feel I am?
feel the gap between 1 and 2; awareness will dissolve inner blockages.
3 Who do I think others are?
breathe...
feel your hands and feet...
where are they?
4 Who does God/Universe feel we are?
feel the gap between 3 and 4; awareness will dissolve inner blockages.
5 What do I think we can become?
relax...
it´s all in simple effortless fun...
meditation game...
6 What does God/Universe feel we can become?
feel the gap between 5 and 6; awareness will dissolve inner blockages.
7 comfortably deep and deeply comfortable
8 feeling a sense of home
9 waking up
10 still dreaming
