I am not really a tarot person.

Do Tarot and astrology have a deep connection?

I don't think so. What do you think, 3DM?

A deep connection? Many similarities maybe. I knew virtually nothing about tarot till I read LOO. As they explain the archetypes, I have found many correlations between Tarot and Astrology. Both are very archetypical in nature. Although, with astrology we get actively energized reflections of current archetypical representations. Symmetry of our energies with the universe. Symmetry is a better word than reflections sometimes, in my opinion.

Hifive! pisces mercury here too. Many years ago, when some "friends" were looking at my birthchart, they were going like "it is burnt! your mercury is burnt, ohmygod". (you know in a tone as if to indicate "well girl, you better get yourself a gun and kill yourself right now, because with a mercury like that ))
My mercury is 2° from my sun. I guess it just makes it harder for me to be completely objective (that is what they say in the books). But then, hey, is any one ever completely objective? We are all more or less talking from our own little subjective shells.
3D, I was just thinking about tarot and actually you can make a connection between your birthday and a certain tarot card. A "life card" so to speak. But then of course it is not as complex as a real birthchart, with all the different aspects.

I did favor sudden ascension for a long time. I am since reformed as I have plowed through more understanding in what gradual really can be.

Uranus is 2 degrees from my ascendant. Uranus manifests in a desire to "shock", even if for my own amusement. Well, it's never really understood by many, so it inevitably becomes for my amusement alone. It's never left my side. This is why I chose 12thUranus as a name- it is my favorite part of my chart. My Aquarius moon offers to acsentuate* it as well.

I'm in trouble when transiten gets back, btw. She has been disappointed with 12thUranus in the past. 3DMonkey has enjoyed conversations with transiten. I hope she doesn't hold it against me

I had a friend from DC suggest it. I hesitated for awhile. I always knew it was here, of course. During the hack attacks, I decided to try this group.

I am much more free and allowed to be so, here. I've said this before- I'm thankful for DC because it is were I first got my feet wet in opening up in a spiritual forum, but over there I felt like a coat and tie were required and it was 'all business'.

I was ridiculously accident-prone, last year, during a transiting Uranus squaring my natal Mars. I almost got hit by cars several times. Someone even suggested to me to quit cycling during that period, haha, and do all my errands walking really slowly. But since I knew there was this transit I was extra careful and it never amounted to a real accident.
Suffice to say, my guardian angels were busy.

dreamwork- I do fancy myself good at deciphering dreams, although this is a personal assessment

I will say this. I looked at astrology to see what was going on with me yesterday. Duh. The transiting sun was exact opposite my Uranus. I gotta say, after my "poop" comment, I was mor free than I have experienced in a long while. I let go of everything I had caged my own self in with at that very moment. The sun illuminated my obstacles (opposition) of sudden awareness (Uranus). ..... Free! I tell you

I haven't left yet, my train leaves at 3PM, and i can tell you 3D/12thUranus that i have felt all the time here on Bring4th a tension between us and been on the verge of asking why and now i got the answer!

I also think our disagreement has to do with your aquarius Moon; with the risk of being generalizing, aquarius Moon can seem rather emotionally detached which may explain our disagreement on DC.
Here we've got a strong sync again: In the Treehuggers thread i referred to "family" talking about Enelia/Emilia and thing is my mother had aquarius moon and my father is aquarius with mercury in pisces.

I also was going to say that for the first time i "met" someone who seems to use astrology in the same way as myself who also looks at the short transits to reflect over everyday incidents. The quick changes of moods represented by the moon transits are also very useful.

Despite my strong scorpio traits sun conj mercury square pluto, moon sextile pluto, venus 144 pluto and pluto sextile MC i resonate with "uranic" pple due to my libra moon conj neptune, virgo ascendant, mars and saturn in virgo, venus opposite uranus and MC in gemini. I'm happy to be able to freely talk personal astrology here on Bring4:th since almost all my astrology references (that were not many) except mercury retrograde and strictly collective references were rejected on DC.

We don't see eachother as much as before since she rejects everything discussed here on Bring4:th stangely enough; with that strong aquarian chart she "should" be interested but also with a strong uranus she seems even to be "the opposite" to aquarian traits, uranus has the quality of being irrational and unpredictable you know

The pic is not my chart. I manipulated the time to reflect aries in the natural first house for this transit. It should be a benevolent transit for all of us, one way or another (I know death and diseases occur every day on earth).

Yes, my emotions need to be logically deducted from my conscious sometimes. My expression of emotions, to be exact. Sometimes I get overwhelmed trying to extract the same logical approach from others. Sometimes, I forget this can't be done, and I become completely illogical in action. Bring 4ths birthday is dec. 25th, 2008, 11:47 AM, Louisville KY.
B4th was born with a Pisces ascendant. The moon is high up close to the MC, in Sagitarrius, squaring Saturn in Virgo. My teacher says this is a psychic mediumistic aspect. Saturn in 7th house, conj. Verte. I guess this could make for some of the quarrels between posters here, since 7th house is the house of relationship and Saturn is supposed to be malefic. Since Verte seems to be something like a "fate" point, going thru these quarrels consciously, transcending them, could be a very beneficial and transforming experience. There is much to be learnt here. (Right now I am thinking of the "forum distortions" thread, for example)
Sun conj Pluto in 10th house... no wonder we have quite a few Plutonic posters here as well, huh, 3D and transiten .
Jupiter and Merc. being in 11 house, I would say this forum is a good place to make friends.
We have Venus, Chiron, Neptune, the North node and the point of fortune in house 12th. House 12th is the spiritual house per se and it shows that spirituality and contemplation is very important to the forum.
Uranus in house 1, close to the ascendant. I would interpret it that the unusual, most weird and seemingly paradox experiences can be shared. No one will be offended. The forum attracts unconventional original people.

You mean 12thUranus? I'm different? If you mean different than on DivCos then it's their fault. I think about it often, and they really do control members in such a way as to 'support David and his business'. Anything they deem 'not becoming of D's vision' is disallowed.

The truth is, as far as forum personalities go, bring4th has allowed me to portray myself honestly, and it's probably an example of allowing things to progress naturally with acceptance.

There was quite an interesting channeling on lightworker.org about how being overweight could be the result of trying to "expand" your energy body and expanding your physical body instead.
Neptune is limitless and has no boundaries. I gather if you live it physically in the material world, could well mean gaining weight.
I am sure someone with Neptune close to the ascendant has a deep (spiritual) longing. But I think Neptune is hard to live in the spiritual sense. No idea why, but I think Neptune is very much misunderstood and hard to grasp, since it is so nebulous.
I knew two people with Neptune in first house (Scorpio, though) who under the guise of spirituality were manipulative. Then I know someone with Neptune in Sagitarius, close to the asc. who indeed has weight problems.
