Share away! I was just wondering if there were ever studies done comparing ionized water to plain water. Sounds like it would be fairly easy to do... and then y'all could tell those skeptics what's up!
Quote:Yeah. What gets me is when they (the practitioners) accuse us of just wanting to make a buck, but then they refuse to even look at this because they don't want to lose business.
That's lame. I would be more than happy to put myself "out of business" in that way. To be honest, the biggest obstacle for me to try out the water with my patients is simply that I am not in the office full-time (<10 hours a week on average) and available to have the water ready and waiting for them. The second biggest obstacle is the general lack of surplus income generated by the practice.
For example, it might make more business sense to get the "2-Week Gut Rehab Kit" private labeled, and then roll the income generated from that into something else...

Yes! I do have to remind myself at times because my personal experience is so far removed from anything that the average American would consider "normal." If there really are parallel timelines... I'm on one already!
Quote:You might try reframing...think of it as promoting services that help people, rather than promoting self.
Hmm, yeah that might help. Although the thing is... people nowadays sort of expect- even demand- some sort of gimmick. With me- there is no gimmick. You come into the office, and I give you two hours of my undivided attention. Somewhere along the way, I offer some education, a theory as to why you are experiencing symptoms, and make suggestions as to what you can do about it.
I mean- isn't that what a doctor is supposed to do?
That's the part I get stuck on... what exactly am I promoting, anyway? Why does it even need to be promoted? The results (or lack thereof) should speak for themselves, right?
Quote:But consumers aren't educated enough to know what to look for.
That's true. But it's even more basic than that. Some people just can't tell when they're being scammed. Others sort of demand to be scammed... it's like they enjoy it or something! They just go from one scam to the next, and show little interest in actually doing the work necessary to achieve the result they are looking for.
The flip side of that is... what is it about humanity that compels us to incessantly seek out ways to lie, cheat, scam, and defraud others? Is this normal for a 3D population? I've heard of more respectable behavior from baboons!
