The reason is because Ra was in a higher dimension than us.

Imagine a 2D world, which is like a world on a piece of thin paper. There are 2D beings living there--squares, circles, polygons. If a sphere, living in 3D space floating somewhere outside this world, observes this 2D world, the sphere would see inside of everything--inside the 2D bodies, inside their houses, inside their minds possibly.

As a thought experiment, you can extrapolate, and imagine a higher-dimension entity being able to see inside of our 3D world, inside our bodies, etc.

Someone should write a book about that idea!
