No I mean that a rock will not really have fluctuating frequencies. A specific peak will have a certain distance range on that peak, and a small amount of frequency "spread" at even shorter range.
Do you mess with electronics at all? This is common usage in almost all of our modern gizmos. Nothing to be "offended" about.
I build tools using crystals and they broadcast a very specific narrow band frequency unless I use multiple rocks, which I can then utilize multiple frequencies. With a single rock I cannot change the frequency. With multple forms I can amplify specific frequencies which "appears" as though it is "changing frequency".
What I meant by Rife is that a single frequency has mutliple effects or multiple "hit spots".
