There is no such thing as "nothing became everything".
The concept of infinite is very, very tricky. As someone who studied mathematics (not that I was particularly good at it, as I might not get that degree but anyway), mathematicians can easily deal with the concept of "infinity" because they made up some rules about it (to every x in N: x+infinity = infinity. Same goes for negative infinity and any number), but that wont make the infinity a grounded concept.
What I always imagined though is this: Infinity is the Creator. The Creator (or Creation, whatever) is Infinity. Then it suddenly (or gradually, does not matter) becomes "aware", and starts to fall into infinite(!) pieces. Imagine those as 6th density beings, or 5th denstiy. Imagine that as a water spill coming out of the ocean. Now, what is really interesting here is this: THIS universe, I think, is just ONE suitable place for experiencing being the Creator for all 3th, 4th, 5th density beings. Therefore for THIS universe, first, there was the Word. There was the light. This universe or this plane (out of all the other infinite planes, where other-selves are going through the same, yet different motions than we do) was created by giving it enough love (energy) to sustain itself and a set of unique laws that later allowed all the planets, stars to form "naturally".
Therefore I would always think that while the Creation itself is always infinite, this plane of existence DOES have a beginning, although that concept of "beginning" is flawed after all. But you get my point anyway
