Request for clarification of TLOO terms

Firstly, the term "Intelligent Infinity"...

I would direct you to this link where it was asked to be defined. Here is a snippet from the page..

as a representation of infinity. Each Logos, then, has
a various strength or capacity for creation, some
having created a solar system, others having created
an entire galaxy, each being one of an infinite
number of Logoi.
