Incidentally, the discussion we've been having on this thread has been a reminder that you will have a physical body in addition to the wonderful electrical body that you will, mainly, operate and experience from.

Where does Ra describe the 4D body as an 'electrical body'?

Where did I say Ra said that? i was picking up on what people have said about it being a light body, elecrtical body, etc. The next sentence where i refered to Ra was disconnected from the previous one.

I'm aware that the 'body' that houses the energy centres is refered to sa the electrical body.

Good point, i think that will more closely associate with a shorter transition period though. More than a century seems adequate time for social structures to change quite a bit, especially with the 'new breed' coming to take up incarnation here.

4d vibrations are here since 1937, and in a year or so the planet will get fully aligned with them. if, in this situation, the entities which are already able to perceive and make some use of 4d vibrations in 3-4d bodies are forced to oblige with the negative/self centered ways of living the current society demands, what this would do to at large, leave aside individual results, may not be desirable, due to the 'thoughts become things' nature of 4d.

I see what you are saying, but i think that as the numbers become even larger, we could possibly see the generational change that we've sometimes in science. That type of thing; where people of this nature gradually get influence.. hopefully to the degree that we see some substantial change.. (crosses fingers)

But you've brought up an interesting point, that the external shocks we experience as disasters and such will likely change us and the society. It seems that many of the green ray attitudes and ways of thinking might need the trigger of adversity to take root in our global society. Also, i think that, to the degree that this world, with its current structures and mass-mind biases, stagnates we will experience more disasters as macro-scale catalyst for change.
