WOW got tears in my eye reading some of this. Thanks.
I watched the first two seasons and loved it but I didn't get into the third. I will try again this weekend as I was watching a few other trippy shows so might just have not had the bandwidth.
It was a few years ago but I recall for me it drove home the lesson of blamelessness. Everything intertwined, no one uninfluenced, no one not beautiful before being wounded or twisted up by wounds of others. The compulsive unconscious behavior that causes wounds in others.
I will have to watch season 3 now and see where it gets me. I often rewatch shows and depending on what I am processing at the time I see that lesson in the show. I wonder where I am now and what I will see.
Thanks for bringing this up.
PS I love hearing others find spiritual teaching in TV shows.
West world to me was art, a teaching manual with what felt like inner teachings found in spiritual works.
I actually bough the dvds which I never do because I feel like there are so many layers to unravel.
