Hi all,
today companies have made it quite difficult to get healthy life. People also varies so much that someone can eat those burgers and pizzas decades and get nothing health issues and some struggle with those whole life. There is some very basic techniques which affects dramatically to health in positive way. Above are veery good advices and heres couple more I have learned to have life changing effects.
1. Breath! Yes, sounds weird what breathing is something to do with eating but you need more air than food. Breath deeply 5-10 times each set and atleast 5-10 times a day. You can expand when get used to it.
2. Drink Water! Yes, we need more frequently water than food. Drink between meals if you eat a lot of watery foods like fruits and vegetables, and drink even more if you have dried foods in your diet like meats, bread etc.
3. Eat whole foods as much as you can, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Buy organic as much as you can.
4. Eat less but dont starve yourself. Dont watch clock, time has nothing to do with hunger. Eat when you really are hungry. Really-Hungry?-Check-Up -technique is that when you feel that you could eat something, drink a big glass of water and wait an hour. If youre still hungry then eat something but slowly and chew througly then your stomach can have time to settle the meal.
5. Exercise --- no its no pain, its just gain! Do anything you like but sitting inside the house. Atleast an hour a day, two is better than actually there is no limit. You cant get wrong on this bet. Anything what keeps you moving is good. If not like the gym, you can buy a bouncer and do a 30min power work out few times a week will sky rocket your fat storages to the deep space. Btw. in recent studies have shown that combined with 30min post-work-out going to infrared sauna will boost fat burning dramatically.
DONT OVER DO anything. It can be challenging loose a weight due to detoxing effects some get (like me) but it will ease up but remember that breathing and drinking water will help a lot. Most headaches I now rarely get will vanish with just deep-breathing exercise. Even my kids have headaches a lot and just a glass of water usually helps in 5-10mins.
Those basic things are so simple and effective but doctors and similar authors will ever tell you the truth since they dont make money with it so kids are learned to take a pill to every little ache they got.
