Looks like everyone covered this topic quite extensively, my only suggestions would be:
-do not microwave your food. Use stove or oven if at all possible, as the radiations alters and destroys the structure of nutrients.
-have you tried fasting? A 24 hour water fast or a juice fast (should be easier to go longer with that) may help cleanse toxins and maybe some fat reserves for you. Could help stimulate the metabolism as mentioned above if you eat more some days as well.
-get organic produce when possible. Its a sure way of knowing there is no GMO or pesticides in what you eat. Also has been proven to be more nutritious than conventional because the farming practices emphasize healthy soil.
