thank you everyone for the suggestions
I do believe that carbs make fat and that if we can exchange it with protein
without increasing fat too - that would be the most healthy way to live - at least for my body in my experience
but what non meat food does provide that...
check i only drin bottled water - however mostly from plastic bottles since its hardly available in other forms - mostly vittel water (anything bad known about it?)
check use non flouride toothpaste and maybe eat twice a year a burger
or pizza from the junk food stores etc
now thats something i have to work on because as i said
i often eat pork salami - i should exchange with
chicken or so - but getting non factory meat is the key here
in a big city as berlin
whats that?
yes absolutely? which one are you referring to btw?
ratfishoil.com?
or the greenpasture skate fish stuff?
any idea where to read more about this?
I heard of refeed days in a low carb diet where you shock your body with sudden carbs so your metabolism gets a wake up ring
would like to learn more about this metabolizm shock thing

i'm slowly trying to shed the pounds too and i've found that my pattern of eating is a big factor. i am quite a bingey eater by nature, i have noticed my son is the same - eating large amounts and then eating very little. i came to the conclusion myself that following a normal eating pattern just didn't suit me and then i read up on alternate day dieting and the whole science behind it. the idea is to heavily restrict calories on alternate days and then to eat normally on the other days, so you're keeping your metabolism high and basically shocking your system every other day to start releasing fat stores. some of the info i've read suggests this pattern of eating can be very beneficial for controlling blood sugar and blood pressure, and it suggests that doing it over a longer term can also have anti inflammatory effects for people with chronic illnesses
it made a difference to me, i'm off it for the winter but will go back on it in the spring
any idea where to read more about this?
