Can you comment on the tension and unity on the spiritual path between compassion for the self and the need of discipline?
Confederation sources have spoken at length on the utility of trauma and suffering in spiritual evolution of third density entities. But what about the suffering of second density entities like animals? What purpose might that serve when there is no choice to be made?
What is channeling like?
