I basically do the same thing, although I do miss a day here and there. I make a great big smoothie out of organic baby spinach (it doesn't have a strong flavor), bananas, and some other mixed fruit like mixed berries, or peaches/mango/pineapple, etc. I like to add bee pollen, and sometimes I add virgin organic coconut oil. I use purified water in it, or a mixture of water and organic rice milk. Then I share it with hubby and my little girls. mmmmm.....
