Hey!! I’m not so sure if this is the right place to ask but I desperately need answers. I'm taking ibuprofen daily in order to relieve from all the pain and headache. It helps me sleep calmly. I think I'm addicted to it. I don't get sleep when I'm not taking ibuprofen. What am I supposed to do? One of my friends suggested undergoing addiction counseling from a clinic in Vancouver [link removed by mod]. Will this be of any help? Is there a way to stop my addiction? Any tips are highly appreciated. Thanks!!
