Every week, the home crew of L/L Research gathers to discuss spiritual topics on our weekly podcast, "In the Now." The panel consists of Jim McCarty, scribe of the Ra Contact and president of L/L Research; Gary Bean, administrator of L/L Research; and Austin Bridges, administrative assistant of L/L Research - each a spiritual seeker and devoted student of the Law of One.

Episodes will be published on Wednesday afternoons on the L/L Research website's "Podcast" page (http://llresearch.org/podcast).

may u ask quo to scan the energy of this commenter which is me to give me further insight on any questions i may have that quo feels is best for the whole an myself. im am confused as to what question i should ask and i think im trying to understand how i things would be if i polarized positively. a lot of it is how the rays would be and how my thinking would be. thats what im am kinda confused about is how i would interact with my mental body. i also have i question that i still dont inderstand on the mental part what i am seeking. thank you much love
