Just a musing, not a challenge...:
I'm curious why you'd say placebo is "obvious," TTP. I mean, from our LOO perspective I think we can begin to grasp what placebo is -- but then I don't see the need to differentiate between placebo and self-healing (care to clarify?). Anyhow, the current mainstream explanation/understanding of the placebo effect is anything but "obvious!"
IMO placebo effect is one huge, glaring problem with the mainstream view of not only healing and how the body and mind works, but how the universe works as well.

I would pay special attention to the fearful language used and the pictures which are IMO intended to intimidate, scare, and generally make you skeptical/cynical. (Good God that second pic, LOL!)
