Lessons from the Body - The_Tired_Philosopher - 09-01-2015

With the ache of the stomach in the morning one need drink more water before bed, and eat less 2-3 hours before onset of sleep. If pains are sharp, eat less artificial in much smaller quantities.

With the ache of the head, rest the mind, nourish the brain nutritionally. Eat banas and put a hot rag on the forehead if persistence continues. If migraines, sleep. With a glass of room temperature water drank before sleep.

With the ache of the neck, perform gently neck stretches midday, and prepare an appropriate head-neck-shoulder rest to sleep upon. Hot running or sitting water upon the neck aids. Eat 2 banas with a glass of room temperature water to aid recovery.

With the ache of the calf, eat 3 banas, but after stretching fully out then returning the leg to a curl. Stretch the musclesgently, do not fight the pain, be one with it.

With the ache of the feet, buy some dr. Scholls or something D:
Jk, find a reflexology chart regarding pressure points of the feet, massage to the solar plexus (center) of the sole of the foot. Then massage the rest as desired for outcome, stretch toes and ankles to aid in tension pain from standing.

With the ache of the heart, call 911 if you can't speak straight or lift your arms or smile fully. Otherwise love thy self.

With the ache of the hands, rest them (and maybe massage them and limber up the wrists).

With the ache of eyes, stop masturbating. Jkjk, not much to be done here but to rest them. When they unfocus against your will it is time to take a break.

With the ache of the throat, you're either a great lover or fighting sickness, room temperature water with banas and some honey and cinnamon, turmeric, or just rest. Ginger root to lower inflammation.

Anymore lessons anyone wishes to share, or comment upon regarding the current ones given?

Banas are bananas, I'm just lazy.

Bananas give me heartburn.

RE: Lessons from the Body - The_Tired_Philosopher - 09-01-2015

Really?! Bananas usually stop my heartburn o:

I say bananas for half of these specifically for their levels of magnesium, a nutrient most of us are probably deficient in.

Anywhere that aches, I lay my hands and channel light.

I find it effective so far, usually anything goes away and doesn't come back for weeks.

Sounds like a form of either:

Self Healing
Placebo
Being Present

With Self Healing be obvious.
Placebo being obvious.
Or Being Present, in which case you simply sit with the pain, accept it and work with it, and in response it simply...

Falls. Away.

I see self healing as a placebo (faith in beliefs) and being present (increasing vibration).

I said it elsewhere but I see myself as my own test subject in healing. Part of why I don't mind beating up my body.

If I can't negate my own bad habits, I don't see what I could do for others. As such I train and give me reasons to train.

Just a musing, not a challenge...:

I'm curious why you'd say placebo is "obvious," TTP. I mean, from our LOO perspective I think we can begin to grasp what placebo is -- but then I don't see the need to differentiate between placebo and self-healing (care to clarify?). Anyhow, the current mainstream explanation/understanding of the placebo effect is anything but "obvious!"

IMO placebo effect is one huge, glaring problem with the mainstream view of not only healing and how the body and mind works, but how the universe works as well.

Now, that being said, take a look at this tortured attempt by Wikipedia to explain placebo ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Placebo

I would pay special attention to the fearful language used and the pictures which are IMO intended to intimidate, scare, and generally make you skeptical/cynical. (Good God that second pic, LOL!)

:o

Oh corporate hive mind (wiki), you do make me laugh sometimes.

Quote:The placebo effect can be produced by inert tablets, by sham surgery, and by false information

Once our "false information" stops being effective in self-healing, our next steps will be to move on to sham surgery and sugar pills.

Placebo is Mind Over Matter in my opinion.  It is a form of mind hack in regards to formulating a new level of being to 'trick-form' or transform the auric body through self healing.  Sort of like.  I Create Myself (through tricking myself to believe).

Considering Self Healing is a huge Energetic occurence it is innately its own...bullet point on my list.

And Being Present is actually as Min said, but in my opinion when I said it I had in mind: consciously raising the self-vibration to create a form of unifying.  Which does make pain fall away as it is no longer needed in the sense of not being life threatening, and teaching you the catalytic response you desired to fulfill in incarnation...  possibly o:
