Continuance (and probably some conclusion) on densities

One thing about fourth density: it is invisible to the 3rd density plane, unless the 4th density being concentrates on 3rd density, which results in enough sympathetic resonance with 3rd density that it becomes visible.

Ra: I am Ra. The use of the word “normal” is one which befuddles the meaning of the question. Let us rephrase for clarity. The fourth density is, by choice, not visible to third density. It is possible for fourth density to be visible. However, it is not the choice of the fourth-density entity to be visible due to the necessity for concentration upon a rather difficult vibrational complex which is the third density you experience."

So what fourth density beings need to learn to remain invisible is simply control of their minds. Whatever you focus on, you begin to resonate with.

Also, as far as fourth density inhabiting the inner planes, Ra has said that fourth density beings live in physical bodies that eventually expire, however, they last much, much, longer than our own. However, there is no veil in fourth density, so they aren't exactly cut off from the inner planes.

Fourth density matter is a very refined matter, being of a higher spectrum than our matter. Being the middle density, I believe it is an equal commingling between energy and matter, and has more electricity than our current body, hence the "electrical body" intuitive concepts.

I find it interesting that with many reports of ectoplasmic manifestations during seances and other spirit materializations, you also hear the atmosphere of the room described as "electric", and hair "standing on ends".
