Who is this David Wilcock guy?

I have always seen a sort of shadow in David's eyes. I think he may have the same issue as Ra described for Mr. Crowley, that being "oversaturated by the true nature of things."

At one point I strongly considered that he deliberately misinforms and is working for other individuals to spread confusion. At this point I believe he is being mislead, but I do not see his own intentions as such, rather he is innocently deluded by the intensity of the experiences he has had.
