A cuff-off period of 25,000 years for harvests when viewed in other dimensions is probably akin to how we view 60 seconds. If you sit and count 60 seconds, you can see how someone would say that it felt like forever. But in reality, more of us would feel 60 seconds ultimately passes super quick in a life spanning tens of years.

For 4d+ entities, which stay in thier dimensions for a much longer period of time, I don't think they would view one lifetime or a 25000 year cycle of 3d harvest as any lengthy period of time at all.
