If you remove those who died of combat, childbirth or the first 2 years of life (things that could be prevented, first by not being a warlike species which isnt exactly here or there in terms of life expectency, second by basic maternal isntructions like how to properly give birth, and 3rd by not trying to kill the young of other males) the life epxectancy of well maintained stone age people would be 70-90 years.
