That's very useful information. I follow some of these tips and they I've lost 12 pounds in a month already. I would also add that you should drink lots of water, (half of your body weight in ounce though its too much for me). I try to drink 60 of water every day, sometimes I also add either lemon juice or aloe vera juice, here it is explained why exactly it helps.
