When I discovered that there are many ways of meditating (saw a list of 100 ways), it was a huge relief for me, because sitting still was never working for me really. So, I have tried many different ways and moving, singing, and Intentional Creativity have been the most beneficial for me. With time, my whole waking time has become a never ending meditation where its forms change as the time flows but the meditation itself never ceases
And the story about the horse reminded me of my mare, Lucy. She spent 9 years alone and I had been alone without a friend for some time. We both found a relationship of give and take just as Luke and his horse did. This also goes with something a friend and I were just discussing regarding the importance of self and other self for spiritual growth.
Rita, I have many ways in which I meditate also. I do mostly sitting meditation, however, when I am working, I do a form of walking meditation.
Its a true underrated aspect of life, the power of love between animals and us.. that companionship and all that entails. The transformation love ive seen with my parents friend Dog - Jazzy, when looking back at when she was a young puppy and now much more in years.. that pure love that has developed within her an to with others has truly inspired me.. Unconditional love in all its glory

Perfect! A friend and I were talking about spiritual gifts that one may come into this incarnation possessing. Not all will have a psychic gift, an empathic gift or something that a human would call special. Some may come to Earth to merely hold the vibration of love. Some may come to love a family member so intensely that a family dysfunction stops destroying this particular family. Others may come to teach by being catalyst for another in order to wake them. And truly, isn't love the highest honor one could bestow on another? Isn't love the highest vibration that a third density being could possess and if the entity could hold this vibration even while sweeping the floor? I adore this quote as this is the true reality of being a spiritual creature in this hardened world. Thank you Quan for posting.

As soon as we become aware of what is really going on (we're believing lies and our experience is mirroring them back at us, it must, it's a law) and start questioning such a belief and asking the question: Maybe the opposite is more true? though, we discover that embodying our true nature into the current experience is easier than we believed.
Each of us is the almighty Creator, pure Love and Light after all

The true beauty then is the accepting of the mirrored reflection. I think the Q'uote in an earlier post was to love the unloveable, accept the unacceptable is hard enough to do, however, to recognize the reflection that is really you is where the crux of the work will begin in consciousness. The entity learns to use experience to evolve spiritually and in doing so, learns to not only look for the mirror but loves the reflection it sees instead of running from it.
