RE: Waking up "out of body" - Bring4th_Austin - 08-27-2011 It happened again today while I was napping - the first time since my original post. I was having a rather normal mundane dream taking place at nighttime. I looked up to the sky and saw a triangle-shaped constellation connect itself with bright lines. I looked down for a moment, then back up again. The triangle was now brightly distinct and had flashes of light traveling along the border. It suddenly grew larger and larger and as soon as it filled my vision, I woke up "out of body" again. This time there were no black lines; instead, there were glowing patterns on everything, as if painted by glow in the dark paint. I felt the same sensation so I immediately recognized what was happening. I looked around a moment, then down on myself, and was sort of shocked to see that there were even glowing patterns on my body and my face. I felt a panicking sensation, tried to calm myself, but then the wind from the hurricane blew something against the house and startled me, bringing me out of the experience. It was really weird. RE: Waking up "out of body" - Raman - 08-28-2011 Have you tried to raise the kundalini? It seems, that if so, one has to bring it down again for these sort of experiences not to occur...it can be dangerous... RE: Waking up "out of body" - Bring4th_Austin - 08-28-2011 No, I don't tend to dabble in techniques of that nature. My spiritual work is pretty much strictly silent meditation, the balancing meditation recommended by Ra, and occasionally channeling. I take Ra's words on kundalini and opening energy centers rather seriously, and it has served me well up to this point. I don't try to activate energy centers for the simple sake of activating them. I allow it to happen through balancing. That does make me wonder though, if this could be a result of naturally "raising the kundalini" through balancing and activating a new center I have not experienced. Thank you for the suggestion. RE: Waking up "out of body" - Nyu - 08-28-2011 Thats a weird experience Austin! I had one just today/now while napping and I haven't had it in AGES (since before even discovering the LOO) and beforehand I always had negative presences around but this time when it happened nothing was around but I was all excited and thinking it might be an opportunity for a presence of the light to come, so I was calling for it but nothing happened and I just woke up, then fell back into a lucid dream instead.. boring story I know lol RE: Waking up "out of body" - Tenet Nosce - 08-28-2011 abridgetoofar Wrote:I'm busier than I've ever been in my life and I feel like taking advantage of an out of body experience requires a bit of practice and discipline which I just don't have the energy for right now. Perhaps you are experiencing time/space shockwaves traveling to the present from a future time when you are presented with the option to be harvested. As you appear to be too busy with personal plans to attend to these new energies presenting themselves to you, perhaps the negative quality of your experiences is due to a certain bias present within your own complex against something bigger than yourself which acts in complete disregard to your personal plans for the future. In other words, maybe you are pissed because the universe's plans are overtaking your own. Thus you perceive fear, and the sense that you are being forced to experience something against your will. That's an interesting take. Maybe "against my will" isn't quite the right term, but rather "without my will." It's not something I'm against, it's just something I feel would require more of my energy than I am prepared to offer right now, because "now" is very full of catalyst. I'm rather positive the fear is a result of "negative" presences though, as I've been experiencing a period of increased "psychic greeting" for the past while. This theory is reinforced by the fact that, when it happened the last two times, I did not get the feeling of fear (when I did not see a figure nearby). Also, as far as personal plans for the future, it's true I'm wrapped up in a great deal of activity moving forward right now, but it is constantly morphing and changing. I never feel like the path I'm on is leading to where it appears to be leading, so I'm not too invested in the outcome, just the present journey. I'm passionate about what I'm doing but I've already been thrown from a certain path a couple times (most recently, I was made aware of the poor integrity of a man who had offered me the job of a lifetime) and the experience was met with nothing but acceptance, so that to me is a positive sign. I was with a friend of mine (who sometimes shows rather selfish and self-centered qualities), and she had grabbed my drink from my hand. I was slightly annoyed and trying to explain to her the importance of asking permission before simply taking something. The thoughts I was trying to present to her were spoken as well as..."typed out" in my mind, and something rather odd was in one of the words, where the letter "i" was supposed to be, there was a star. It was weird and probably irrelevant. But anyways, I saw the constellation while explaining this to her, and it interrupted the thought-process.(08-27-2011, 10:23 PM)abridgetoofar Wrote: It happened again today while I was napping - the first time since my original post. RE: Waking up "out of body" - zenmaster - 08-28-2011 Have you done enough dream work to tell the difference between personal metaphors/symbols, collective, and non-personal? For example do you know your own psyche well enough to connect the situations presented with a balancing they are suggesting? If so, was this that type of dream? If not, it would seem to be due to an external influence, as catalytic lessons do not tend to manifest in such a confusing or foreign manner, even from (cut-off) complexes, in the stable mind. RE: Waking up "out of body" - Bring4th_Austin - 08-28-2011 For the most part, I've done enough personal work to know that if balancing was being suggested through the dream, the constellation and then the OOB was not part of it. I think you're probably right about it being an external influence. Things that would seem "paranormal" in our reality hardly ever appear in my dreams, so the constellation thing is way out of the ordinary. I think the dream itself was a rather normal balancing dream, but it was "interrupted". I wish I could maintain enough focus to keep myself in the OOB state longer, then I may understand what's going on a bit better. But, like you pointed out once, the faculties of awareness are very different, and "focus" is not something that crosses my mind as it's happening. RE: Waking up "out of body" - zenmaster - 08-28-2011 The negative 4D's, who have been studying people for years, are still a bit clumsy when it comes to relating info. Although they are much more intelligent than us, they are not from this logos and of course have different priorities. They tend not understand most emotions, but they do understand our need for them. If a mere 3D shaman with very few years experience can watch and interact in your dream, then it's easy to see how a multi-thousand year old 4D entity can not only do this, but create them as well. The purpose is control and exploitation. My own experience gives me strong reason to believe, for example, that this guy is not lying with his story (although it's necessarily interpreted from his bias). I realize that that story may seem too incredible to some - but we all have our boundaries. In his story, and elsewhere, he details just how such 'psi-work' is accomplished. I'm jealous, but I believe it. I heard a local radio producer admit to experiencing the greys visit in 1995 or so, in central Florida. He wasn't trying to promote anything by telling the story, not at all. He is on a sports talk station. He was alone that night, and it truly affected him. He said he was fearful to sleep for a long time afterwards. When I heard that, I thought, 'didn't Ra say these types of contact were over with?' Anyway, I'm jealous. I've experienced nothing like any of this. Zilch. Had one use a channel opened by a deceased relative, for example. Seemed to be an example of random effect, as I don't consider myself to be a 'contactee' like 'fore' - at least not in the conversational/conventional manner. 4D contact is definitely tangible and noticeable, even though they tend to be in a 'phased-out' state we associate with 'astral'. Also, part of the initiation process is being afraid (at late night). In both cases self is experiencing an aspect of self. Although perhaps it wouldn't take as much energy on your part... sort of like riding a wave. All you need to do is position your board and let go. The wave will do all the work carrying you in to shore. Not to make it about me, but the general thrust of my intuition over the past year or so has been to make space and take it easy. To not start any long-term projects and to not push my business too hard in terms of growth. Sort of like... clear your plate and get ready for the next course! A did have an experience round about the same time as yours which seemed to me to be a negative contact. Interesting timing... abridgetoofar Wrote:I'm rather positive the fear is a result of "negative" presences though, as I've been experiencing a period of increased "psychic greeting" for the past while. If you did not feel fearful before, it seems curious that you would have felt fear the last time. There do appear to be mechanisms available for a sufficiently advanced entity to induce feelings of fear and paralysis, perhaps through manipulation of the amygdala. In addition, some entities appear to also be able to stimulate feelings of comfort and happiness in order to get a contact to accept a negative program disguised as positive. abridgetoofar Wrote:Also, as far as personal plans for the future, it's true I'm wrapped up in a great deal of activity moving forward right now, but it is constantly morphing and changing. I see a lot of this going on... a bunch of activity that doesn't appear to be leading anywhere in particular. You are wise to focus on the journey rather than the outcome. Believe it or not, I have remained rather agnostic about the possibility of some game-changing event happening before the end of 2012 over the years. But as we approach the appointed time, I can't help but observe the general "insanity" levels of the public, as well as people I personally know, going through the roof. By "insanity" I mean running around like headless chickens... now here... now there... changing homes... changing jobs... changing partners... now back to the old one. Also on a mass scale it seems that everybody with a political bone to pick has decided that "NOW" is the time to force their particular issue, and bring things to a head. My hypothesis is that, sometime in the relatively near future, there is an event of such epic proportions that it no longer makes sense to describe anything that happens afterwards as a continuity of that which came before. As such, the reason why there is so much fear, anxiety, and craziness going on is because nearly everybody is attempting to mentally project themselves into a world that simply DOES NOT EXIST. People are taking actions in their lives based on their view of "how they want things to be" while for the most part oblivious to the fact that the rules of the game are about to change is such a fundamental way that it really doesn't make sense to plan much of anything. Their subconscious, however, knows. Hence- a great deal of inner conflict and confusion. That's an interesting story. In his story, do you feel like the "caretaker" was an Orion entity manipulating him? The thing about voices is curious. About a year back I had what might be considered an "abduction" scenario that hasn't scared me but always confused me. During this time I was seeking very strongly and doing group channeling with a couple people. I was able to experience a lot of things which were fascinating for me, and I would sit and do spiritual work for hours a day. For about a week, strange things were happening in my sleep. The very first time, I had a sensation I was "falling" out of my body. In my desire to experience something new, I pushed it to continue happening. Once I "pushed" to a certain point, I heard a loud, screeching, "drilling" noise in my ears. As surprising as it was, I immediately fell asleep (I think...). Another point I woke up with sleep paralysis, but this was the first time I'd ever had sleep paralysis without being able to open my eyes. I was never able to open my eyes but I felt someone touching my neck. Very distinct feeling of a warm hand being placed on my neck. Then, the weirdest experience for me happened a couple days later. I felt again like I was falling out of my body, but this time I heard voices. They were speaking very understandable English, and once I was aware what was going on, one very clearly said "I think he's coming aware." One more time after that I heard distinct voices while having sleep paralysis. This all happened within a week, and before this point I only experienced sleep paralysis maybe once a year. The voices that this person in the story heard, he said when there were words to describe the concept, they were used, but otherwise he received the thought in concept form. Is this how telepathic communication would work with people like us who communicate with language? Is it a possibility that the voices I heard were a real telepathic communication between two entities, being translated by my mind into language? This happened during a period where I had the the naive idea that I wanted to meet an ET face-to-face, and be taken to another planet. I knew it wasn't going to happen, but I put out the call frequently. After these experiences, I realized it was probably a foolish thing to do, and that sort of call would much sooner be met by Orion than otherwise. The feeling of fear I had the first time and the feeling of panic I felt this last time were rather different. I think most are familiar with this fear...the feeling of horror in the worst nightmare you've ever had. Like a wave that smashes you and you feel like you're drowning in your own terror. The panic was more of a..."this is different, what's going on, why is this happening." The glowing patterns on everything were very odd and other-worldly, and seeing something I couldn't normally imagine even sort of shocked me, rather than scared me. My activity is certainly "leading somewhere," and it's directly related to what I feel my purpose for being here is (healing the Earth), but an early lesson in my spiritual work is that expectation distracts from the NOW. Where these projects definitely have a goal I feel is worthy of my time, I still understand that the goal may not be the real purpose for spending my time on these project. I'm involved in both sustainable agriculture as well as green renewable energy, both which I feel are important for healing the Earth. I do feel like the 4D vibrations are causing some of the "insanity" you talk about. I can definitely observe it in my friends, who choose distraction over self-discovery. Their life is throwing them in all sorts of directions, almost ALL of them have recovered repressed memories which upset them terribly, and they've having dreams which also upset them. I've offered my help but none of them seem to think self-discovery is the key to finding center and balance in crazy times like this. I can only do so much without preaching where it is unappreciated. It took an extra little bit of faith to know that things like this were possible. I wouldn't say my experiences a year ago were helpful, interesting, meaningful, or anything, but they were something. And they were definitely the result of the heavy spiritual work I was doing, along with a very strong calling for contact. And then these OOB experiences also help me know and understand what is possible. It's a rather surreal thing to look down upon yourself, seeing glowing patterns "painted" onto you and everything around you. Again...not very useful, but it is something. I would say it's probably better not to seek these sorts of experiences purely for the sake of seeking them though. Most likely it was not being translated though, if it was a voice. Some crudely defined types of 'telepathy' include: Impression - unspoken, no pictures, highly personal Happens with suggestion to go somewhere and look up, and then you see something like a UFO. Intersubjective mind - basically where two or more minds meet at a conceptual level - no ego, higher vibrational This happens after 'ego' is dropped, trust is built and vibrations are raised. Does not seem to be affected by distance. I've seen where people actually attend retreats in order to experience this. Actual voice - hearing in 'the mind's ear' - sounds just like someone talking but with no air vibration Like you're talking about. Imaginative impression - metaphorical, symbolic communication, requiring some active imagination This is a weaker communications link to time/space Mental projection - an imposed, artificial dreamscape. Can be used for 'testing'. This is a strong link, but requires close contact by the 4D or inner-plane entity. Channelling - Presumably another form of telepathy, but I have not tried it. Closer to Icaro's description of "high-pitched static type signal," a few times but not in the past few months or so. More of time/space is accessible and the first part of that tends to be the personal unconscious. This is where we get the notion of 'everyone is right', and the subjective nature of reality not being so dismissible. It's the beginning of Ken Wilber's 'left-hand quadrant' and also the start of Spiral Dynamics' green valuing meme. Initially, the personal unconscious is not accepted and recognized. With a certain amount of polarization ('green-ray', probably teens and early twenties for a wanderer), its contents do start leaking out into consciousness and where it may seem foreign and terrifying. But it's just 'you'. Same thing if you try astral projection the first time without accepting and becoming familiar with the personal unconscious (shadow) - the first thing you encounter tends to be some rather scary aspect of the self. This is the first part of initiation. At some point, there tends to be death of ego experience(s) (dark night periods) resulting in a more transpersonal viewpoint, further penetration of veil, and less attachment, followed by 'psychic' ability. The narrative in the biography is very genuine, unique and compelling and I'm glad he shared that experience. This 'harvest' time seems to involve different 4D entities. They have various big agendas for sure and they certainly use us how they see fit.(08-29-2011, 09:49 PM)zenmaster Wrote:(08-29-2011, 09:34 PM)abridgetoofar Wrote: Do you feel like the caretaker was an STO entity then?Yes. Have read the entire thread and at one point chatted with him over skype on the subject - and have had other experiences to reinforce that opinion. That's all understandable..especially how more of time/space would be accessible. By initiation though, are you referring to the beginnings of a more integrated world-view, or initiation in the greater sense that the material talks about, where much work has has already been done and higher levels of consciousness are to be revealed? It's not a ringing..more static than anything above/in the head. RE: Waking up "out of body" - 3DMonkey - 08-30-2011 Well, it could be similar. There is static with the voices. Maybe I'm just picking up a clearer signal, so to speak, so to speak (intentional). It is like a CB radio transmission. chshchsch blabiddyblabla chshchshsh |
